Police have launched an investigation after an elderly woman was found dead at her home in St Thomas on Thursday (July 9).
The deceased has been identified as 92-year-old Miriam Dunbar of London Lane in Morant Bay.
Reports from the Morant Bay Police are that at about 2:00 p.m., a relative stumbled upon Dunbar’s body lying face-down in a water drum.
The Police were alerted and she was taken to hospital where she was pronounced dead.
