The Jamaica Labour Party’s (JLP) Krystal Lee has been declared the winner in the St Ann North Western.
Lee beat out incumbent Member of Parliament Dayton Campbell by more than a 1000 votes.
Lee secured 7,356 votes to Campbell’s 5,481 votes.
