A man was attacked and robbed on Saturday while walking with two female companions on Harbour Street in Portland.
Reports are that about 11:00 p.m., the complainant was walking along the roadway with two female companions when he was attacked by three men.
One of the men reportedly held a knife to his throat and demanded money.
When the demands were not met, the men took the complainant’s knapsack.
Charged are 24-year-old Andre Campbell of Grossett Road, Port Antonio, Portland and 26-year-old Mario Bent of Love Lane in the parish.
Campbell and Bent were later arrested by the Police and charged after being pointed out on an identification parade.
Their court date is to be finalised.
