Police on Friday (August 7) have reported that a man has been charged in connection with several incidents that date back to August 2018, in which he reportedly forced two minors to have sex with him.
According to the police, the incident was reported to then on June 23, 2020.
Reports are that the accused had sexual intercourse with a 16-year-old girl and her 13-year-old sister against their will during which he took photographs and created videos of them.
The man is alleged to have threatened to share the footage on social media if the two sisters did not carry out other sexual activities.
The accused was arrested on Tuesday, June 23 and a search conducted of his home.
The man was charged with several breaches under the Sexual Offences and Child Pornography Prevention Act.
During a search of his cell phone, several photos and videos of the sisters were discovered.
