A St Ann man has been charged for the offence of Sacrilege after he broke in to a Church in Christiana, Manchester on August 2.
Reports are that about 10:30 a.m. 28-year-old Renford Nelson allegedly broke a glass, forced open a vestry door and entered the church.
According to reports, he then gained entry to a vault and stole several pieces of equipment. He was however arrested on Monday, August 3 and later charged.
Nelson, otherwise called ‘Cruise’, is of a Wild Cane, St. Ann in address.
