Father of badly beaten toddler blasts child’s mother for not pressing charges against boyfriend

Dancehall choreographer Jamal Kriptic Klique in an Instagram post on Sunday (September 19) blasted the mother of his 3-year-old son for not pressing charges against her boyfriend.

According to Klique, his son was left bleeding from the face after a severe beating from his mother’s boyfriend.

“There is nothing in this world my little child could do to deserve all of this. This man need to be in prison for the rest of his life, Also the baby Mother for not pressing charges,” he said.

There is no way This situation is in the police hand And they ask if she want to press charges. No question should be ask after they saw a little three-year-old baby face smash badly damaged like he was in a fight with 3 Adults. I really hate Jamaican system,” he added.

The doting father said that he was left traumatized after seeing his son covered in blood.

“It was so bad to the point where he was bleeding alot, I’m traumatized,” he said.

Kilque, who resides in Kingston, explained that he was not aware that the child’s mother had been living with her boyfriend.

He also shared that he did not know where exactly in Bog Walk, St. Catherine they had been living.

“Im living In Kingston at the moment so there was nothing I could do because I did not know where the mother of my child lived with her boyfriend in Bog Walk,” he added.

3-year-old now in the care of his father

In an update on Monday (September 20) Klique shared that his son was now safe and is now in his care.

“Due to everyone being aware of my situation. I just wanted to give an update of the matter. My son Jamarie is safe and in a protected environment with me,” he said.

He also revealed that he has since taken legal action against the boyfriend of his child’s mother.

“The Bog Walk police went looking for the boyfriend that did this to my son but was no where to be found,” he explained.

“I personally pressed charges [following] the incident and they are still looking for him. If you have further information call the Bog Walk police station,” he added.

A thankful Kilque, also used the opportunity to tell his followers that he appreciated their support.
