Isolated showers expected for Jamaica as tropical wave passes -Met Service

Keep umbrellas and other rain gear close by as the local Met Service has said that Wednesday (July 8) into Friday (July 10)  the island will be experiencing wet weather conditions.

According to the Met Service, a  tropical wave is expected to move across the island.

The service further said that a second tropical wave is to move across the island late Wednesday into Thursday (July 9) bringing increased cloudiness and periods of showers across sections of most parishes during the afternoon.

For Thursday, morning showers and thunderstorms are expected across eastern parishes.
