A 33-year-old higgler of Mosquito Valley, Red Hills was charged in connection with a shooting incident which occurred on Sunday (February 7).
33-year-old Jason Jackson, otherwise called ‘Mighty’ was charged with Wounding with Intent after an incident on Padmore main road.
Reports are that about 1:30 p.m., Jackson and the complainant reportedly left home to view a motorcycle.
While travelling along the roadway, Jackson allegedly pointed a firearm at the complainant and shot him. The complainant escaped and made an alerted the police.
Following investigations, Jackson was arrested later that same day and subsequently charged.
His court date is being finalized.
