Police attached to the Morant Bay Police Station have launched an investigation after human remains were found in the district of Lyssons, St Thomas.
According to police, the skeletal remains were found in bushes in Lyssons district in Morant Bay on Thursday (July 9)
Reports are that at about 1:50 p.m., residents stumbled upon the remains and alerted them.
On their arrival, the remains were seen in bushes among pieces of clothing and debris.
The scene was processed and the remains removed to the morgue for post mortem.
