The community of Cumberland Meadows in Portmore is tense following a shootout on Tuesday (November 2).
The Den can confirm that a policeman from the Specialized Operations unit was shot and injured during the incident.
According to a source close to the incident, the suspect in the matter is holding his daughter hostage.
The suspect is allegedly threatening to kill his daughter and himself.
