Rajindra Campbell on Saturday (August 3) secured Jamaica’s first medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Campbell won bronze in the shot put with a 22.15 meter throw.
He is the first person in Jamaica’s history to earn an medal in the Shot Put at the Olympics.
Campbell who hails from the parish of St Ann is a Missouri Southern State University alumnus.
