Reprisal attack claims life of man being sought after brother found dismembered

A man was found dead in the Eden Park community in St Mary on Wednesday (December 30).

The deceased has been identified as Alfred Forrester who was being sought in connection with the death of his 26-year-old brother, who was found dismembered, one day prior.

According to police, Forrester who was found with several chop wounds, was killed in what is believed to be a reprisal attack.

26-year-old Jerome Forrester’s dismembered body was found on Tuesday (December29)and in an advanced state of decomposition.

Reports from the Oracabessa Police are that about 9:30 a.m., residents launched a search for 26-year-old Forrester, who was reported missing on Monday (December 28) by his sister.

The search in the community led to the discovery of body parts in knitted bags in bushes at the back of his house.

His mother and sister were taken in to police custody following the discovery of the body, while Forrester’s, now deceased brother, was being sought by cops.
