St Catherine man stabbed to death by girlfriend during dispute

A thirty-six-year-old race horse jockey of Caymanas Drive in St. Catherine was stabbed and killed by his girlfriend during a dispute on Wednesday (February 17).

Reports from the Portmore Police are that about 8:10 p.m., Marvin Watson and his girlfriend were at home when an argument developed between the two.

It is alleged that Watson’s girlfriend used a knife to stab him.

The police were alerted and he was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The woman was taken into custody; however, her identity is being withheld pending further investigation.
