Two killed while playing game of dominoes in Old Harbour

A game of dominoes, which took place at the doorway of a community shop, was the scene of a gruesome double murder on Monday evening (March 15).

Dead are 37-year-old Oral Lewis, a barber and 40-year-old Kerron Dailey, a mason, both of Crawl Pen, Bois Content, Old Harbour, St. Catherine.

Reports are that about 8:35 p.m., Lewis and Bailey were among a group of persons playing a game of dominos when they were attacked by unknown assailants travelling in a motor car who opened fire hitting them.

The police were alerted and they were taken to hospital where they were pronounced dead.

A third man was also said to be injured in the incident.

A source close to The Den revealed that one of the gunmen sprayed the bodies with bullets, and seemed to have ran out which allowed some of the patrons at the establishment to escape unharmed.
