The Den understands a vehicle carrying the controversial leader of the Pathways International Kingdom Restoration Ministries, Kevin O Smith, crashed in Bog Walk, St Catherine on Monday (October 25).
Firefighters and other emergency officials are currently at the scene.
Smith was being transferred to Kingston where he was likely to be charged in connection with the murder of two congregants during a religious ritual which occurred at his church.
