Five suspected gunmen were killed in a Counter Terrorism and Organized Crime Investigation Branch (C-TOC) operation in Negril on Friday.
Reports are that the gunmen exchanged fire with the security forces, however no lawmen were injured in the operation.
It is understood that the CTOC unit remain in the vicinity as they hunt an additional suspect.
At least five firearms were recovered.
