Prime Minister Andrew Holness has said that he is closely following the news surronding the suspected abduction of 9-year-old Phylisa Prussia.
Holness made the revelation in a social media post on Friday (October 15).
According to Holness, he along with the nation are praying for the child’s safe return home.
Following news that the child was abducted on Thursday (October 14) searches have been conducted in both Portland and St Thomas.
However the whereabouts of Prussia remain unknown.
The police in an early Friday morning release shared that the 9-year-old from Bath, St. Thomas had been missing since Thursday(October 14).
Reports from the Bath Police are that about 7:10 p.m., Phylisa was last seen at home wearing a white blouse and blue shorts. She has not been heard from since.
