Three persons were gunned down at a wake along Mandela Terrace on Friday (August 30) night.
The deceased have been identified as 32-year-old Derrick Goodgame otherwise called ‘Ricky’, 23-year-old Kimberley Plummer and another unidentified male.
Reports are that the now deceased were at the wake of a man known as ‘Hell Man’ at around 10:10 p.m in the Mandella Terrace area when a number of vehicles drove up and the occupants began to fire shots along the roadway.
After the shooting subsided the men then made good their escape in the said vehicles.
The police was alerted and injured persons were then assisted to the Kingston Public Hospital by the police and other citizens.
Several other persons were injured in the incident.
It is understood that police recovered over 27 spent casings from the scene.
