Update 9:50: Police have confirmed that the body found is that of twenty-year-old Khanice Jackson of Independence City, Portmore, St. Catherine who has been missing since Wednesday, March 24.
The police moments ago confirmed that a woman’s body was found along the Dyke Road in Portmore on Friday (March 26).
While the police are yet to release the identity of the victim, sources close to The Den revealed that the body found may be that of a young woman who was reported missing two days prior.
A woman who works at the fishing village told The Den that it has been a very sad morning noting that family of the deceased have crowded the location.
