Popular dancehall artiste Dovey Magnum on Tuesday (August 24) took to her Instagram to caution Jamaicans about the dangers of participating in the ‘Milk Crate Challenge’.
Magnum styled the latest TikTok trend as “stupid” noting that it could result in injury, pointing to the current realities of the local hospital system which is under sever pressure due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“I pray that my fellow Jamaicans leave this stupid a** crate challenge alone,” said the ‘Bawl Out’ singjay in an Instagram post
“We hardly have money fe buy food plus curfew measures, hospitals are in no condition for the additional hurt y’all get f***. Leave it tf alone,” she added.
Magnum’s post comes as a Jamaican man was seen suffering a fall as he attempted to participate in the challenge.
