Dancehall entertainer Vybz Kartel,on Sunday (August 18), met with Prime Minister of St Vincent and the Grenadines, Ralph Gonsalves.
While it is unclear why the recently released entertainer was meeting with the prime minister, sources close to the entertainer have hinted that he may be on the island for medical care.
Also in the picture was the wife of Prime Minister, Eloise and former Jamaican and West Indian cricketer, Marlon Samuels.
Several social media users have reacted to the visit with raised eyebrows, noting the strangeness of the ordeal

“ This strange Kartel a the new prime minister, ” added another.
Vybz Kartel, whose real name is Adijah Palmer arrived in St. Vincent on Friday night in a private jet following his departure from Jamaica on Friday evening.
